1. SYSTEM INTEGRITY AND SECURITY
Users must engage with the platform through the provided user interface. The following technical actions are strictly prohibited:
- Automated web scraping, data mining, or extraction of the TaxAible logic engine.
- Reverse engineering or attempting to reconstruct the underlying LLM system prompts or internal tax code mapping.
- Utilizing specialized scripts or bots to bypass the Cloudflare Turnstile security layer or authentication protocols.
- Performing unauthorized penetration testing, stress testing, or DDoS simulations against the TaxAible API backend.
2. DATA INTEGRITY AND COMPLIANCE
TaxAible is designed to facilitate accurate tax compliance. The following misuses of the data intake engine are prohibited:
- Intentional submission of falsified financial records, fake salary certificates, or fraudulent tax credits for the purpose of circumventing legal tax obligations.
- Utilizing the "Audit Shield" and "Auto Reconciler" features to test the limits of tax evasion rather than legitimate tax optimization.
- Submitting identical tax returns across multiple user accounts for commercial filing operations without a specialized enterprise license.
3. AI INTERACTION STANDARDS
Engagement with the TaxAible Assistant must remain within the scope of tax preparation. Prohibited interactions include:
- Inputting malicious payloads, SQL injection strings, or script execution commands into the chat interface.
- Attempting to "jailbreak" or coerce the AI model into generating content unrelated to tax compliance or Pakistani law.
- Utilizing the chat interface to process or store sensitive data beyond what is required for Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) filings.
4. ACCOUNTABILITY AND ENFORCEMENT
TaxAible monitors interaction logs to ensure protocol compliance. Violation of these standards may result in:
- Immediate suspension or termination of the User Account.
- Restriction of the user's IP range from accessing the TaxAible infrastructure.
- Sharing of interaction transcripts with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) or law enforcement if fraudulent filing activity is detected.
5. TERMINATION
We reserve the right to determine, in our sole technical discretion, whether a user's engagement standard violates this policy. Decisions regarding platform access are final and binding.
